somebody that I dont remember their face put a small fish on a hook and throw it in a sea, then put down the fishing rod. I watched the rod until it got shaken, then I took the rod fast and pull the fish out of the sea. The giant fish looked like a caricature very large snake, maybe a giant eel, or a snake-fish creature. It was still alive and frightening so I got scared and escaped into a building, a room, which happened to be my room at my parents' home when I was a kid, and I managed to keep the giant snake-fish creature out of my room.
Dreams often reflect our subconscious thoughts, fears, and emotions. In your dream, several elements can be interpreted to uncover potential meanings.
The Unknown Person: The person who puts the fish on the hook but lacks a recognizable face could symbolize an aspect of your life or self that feels unfamiliar or outside of your control. This might represent a situation or relationship where you're unsure of the intentions or identity of the other party.
The Small Fish on a Hook: Fishing often symbolizes the act of seeking or trying to gain something in life. The small fish could represent opportunities or aspirations that seem minor or easy to catch but may lead to unexpected complications (as indicated by the giant fish).
The Giant Snake-Fish Creature: This creature appears to embody a significant concern or fear in your life. Snakes can symbolize transformation or hidden fears, while a fish can represent emotions or the subconscious. The combination into a snake-fish could signify something that feels daunting and possibly overwhelming, suggesting you're dealing with a situation that you find difficult to confront.
The Fear Response: Your instinct to escape into your childhood room indicates a desire to retreat to a place of safety and comfort, suggesting that you may feel vulnerable in your current life circumstances. This might reflect a longing for protection or security, particularly in situations where you feel threatened or anxious.
The Building and Childhood Room: This suggests a return to earlier times when you might have felt safer or more secure. Dreams of childhood spaces can signify unresolved issues or a desire to reconnect with your past self. It might indicate that you’re processing changes that feel scary or uncertain.
Overall, this dream suggests you might be grappling with feelings of vulnerability or anxiety regarding something in your life that appears unwieldy or frightening. It could be beneficial to explore what aspects of your life feel overwhelming and consider ways to address them while also acknowledging your need for security and comfort.
